Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by LLC 'EXPORTERU', OGRN 1207700054891, INN 9721094393 (hereinafter - the Operator)

1.1The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.7Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://exporteru.com.
2.9Personal data permitted by the personal data subject for distribution - personal data to which an unlimited number of persons have access provided by the personal data subject by giving consent to the processing of personal data permitted by the personal data subject for distribution in the manner prescribed by the Personal Data Law.

4. Basic rights and obligations of personal data subjects

4.1Personal data subjects have the right to: - receive information about the processing of their personal data; - require clarification, blocking or destruction of data; - establish a condition for consent to data processing for marketing purposes; - withdraw consent; - appeal actions or inaction of the Operator; - exercise other rights provided by legislation.
4.2Personal data subjects are obliged to: - provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves; - inform about changes to their data.
4.3Persons who have provided false information about themselves or other persons without their consent are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Principles of personal data processing

5.1Personal data processing is carried out on a legal and fair basis.
5.2Personal data processing is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined and lawful purposes.
5.3Combining databases with incompatible processing purposes is not allowed.
5.4Only personal data that meets the processing purposes is subject to processing.
5.5The content and volume of processed data must correspond to the processing purposes.
5.6The accuracy, sufficiency and relevance of personal data is ensured.
5.7Personal data is stored no longer than required by processing purposes. After achieving the goals, data is destroyed or depersonalized.

7. Legal grounds for personal data processing

7.1The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://exporteru.com. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
7.2The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology is enabled).

8. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

8.1The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
8.2The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the execution of current legislation.
8.3In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the email address support@exporteru.com with the mark "Personal data update".
8.4The term of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data was collected, unless a different term is provided by agreement or current legislation.
8.5The User can withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a notification to the Operator to the email support@exporteru.com with the mark "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".
8.6All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems and other communication operators, is stored and processed by these persons in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
8.7The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gained access to information about the User as a result of their use of the Internet.
8.8The Operatorstores personal data in a form that allows identifying the personal data subject no longer than required by the processing purposes, unless the storage period is established by legislation.

9. Cross-border transfer of personal data

9.1Before starting cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory personal data is planned to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
9.2Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

10. Cross-border transfer of personal data

10.1Before starting activities on cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects of its intention to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data (such notification is sent separately from the notification of the intention to process personal data).
10.2Before submitting the above notification, the Operator is obliged to obtain relevant information from the authorities of a foreign state, foreign natural persons, foreign legal entities to whom cross-border transfer of personal data is planned.

12.2This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
